We began in 1997, operating out of a small storefront on Sea Cliff Avenue in Sea Cliff. All we had going back then was a small staff, a tiny office, a few listings--and a galaxy-sized dream: to become the best real estate company on the North Shore. We hit the bricks, worked hard for our listings, worked harder for sales, and eventually--with a ton of hard work and a little luck--we became one of the most successful realtors on Long Island, with offices in Sea Cliff and Glen Cove.
The secret of our success? We're smart and we work to our customers' objectives. We spend a lot of money to advertise --in the NY Times, Newsday, Pennysavers, Homes & Estates, and mass mailings. Open houses are a staple of our business. We realized early on that ours is an activity-driven business: personal commitment to showing, marketing, advertising, and ultimately, selling our listings.
We take pride in the fact that we sell over 60% of our own listings--at an average commission rate that never exceeds 3% in house and 4% on Multiple.
